2.1. Scope of Services:

The Website offers access to 1:1 sessions, personalized coaching programs, workshops, and other services provided by Angelique Messages (Anca Secara – Life Purpose Coach). Specific details about each service, including pricing, duration, and scope, are provided on the Website.

The primary goal of these Services is to provide support, guidance, and accountability to help clients achieve their professional and/or personal goals. While we offer specific strategies and tools, the Client is solely responsible for implementing these strategies. As such, the outcomes and results achieved are the Client’s responsibility. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

2.2. Booking and Payment:

All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment, which is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected service.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable resources, is the property of Angelique Messages or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Website without prior written consent.

• Use the Website’s content for commercial purposes without authorization.

Any unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.

4. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

4.1. 1:1 Sessions

• Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• Clients may reschedule their session a maximum of two times. If they are unable to attend after two reschedules, the session will be considered void, and a refund will be issued minus Stripe fees (up to 3%). Refunds will be processed within 10 days.

• If a Client is late by more than 15 minutes, the session will be considered void, and no refund will be provided, as the Coach's time cannot be recovered.

• Clients may cancel 1:1 sessions for any reason up to 48 hours before the scheduled session and receive a refund minus Stripe fees (up to 3%), processed within 10 days.

4.2. Personalized Coaching Programs (e.g., Live Your True Calling)

• Clients may reschedule one session per month, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

• If the Client cancels their participation in a coaching program, no refunds will be issued for services provided up to the termination date.

• Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for any fees due for services provided up to the termination date.

4.3. Unexpected Situations

In cases of sickness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting either the Client or the Coach, both parties will work together to find a suitable resolution, such as rescheduling the session.

4.4. Refunds for Technical or Unforeseen Issues

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us using the "Get in Touch" button on the Website so we can work to resolve the issue.

5. “ONWARDS WITH PURPOSE” PODCAST TERMS OF USE

5.1. Purpose and Scope
