Frequently asked questions:

How long is the program and what’s included?

The program is a 12-week journey that includes 45 min admin call to kick-off, 12 weekly 1-hour 1:1 coaching sessions, 5 pre-recorded guiding videos, 4 meditations, 2 visualisation exercises, minimum 10 personalised worksheets and templates, and 24/7 email support throughout. You’ll also receive bonus follow-up support after the program ends.

What if I don’t know my passion or purpose yet?

That’s exactly what this program helps you uncover! We’ll spend time in the initial stages diving deep into self-discovery, helping you identify your passions, core values, and unique gifts.

How is this program different from other career coaching ones?

This is NOT a career coaching program. The focus in this 1:1 journey is on understanding what’s your soul mission and do a strategy & plan to align your career with it. If your action plan will involve job searching, you might want to work with a career coach later for things like resume building or interview prep.

How much time do I need to dedicate each week?

I know your time is limited and very precious, you’ll need just 1 hour for our live session and another 1 hour by yourself doing the exercises/ watching the support videos. That’s it!

What if I’m nervous about making such a big change?

Feeling nervous is completely normal. We’ll address any fears or doubts you have, and the program includes mindset coaching and support to help you overcome these blockages.
